Discover the advantages of the tampons of the new generation. No woman of today can feel that having her period is particularly pleasant. Even without the - only too frequent - physical discomforts, menstruating all too often gets in the way of daily life and of cherished pursuits. You know: the weekend you were looking forward to is spoilt, once again, by your being unable to take part in sports, to go swimming, or to visit a sauna. And, maybe worst of all, during menstruation, sexual intercourse very often looses all its attractions. The greatest safety the development of the gynotex soft-tampon is powered by the very latest scientific data from gynaecological research. Thanks to their special composition and unique action, they can remove a large proportion of all these inconveniences. For example, during sexual intercourse, this new tampon will not get in the way at all, of neither partner. Besides, their absolute safety will give every woman the freedom to go swimming, visit the sauna, and so on. Whichever physical activity she engages in, she will never feel the gynotex soft-tampon she is wearing. The best hygiene the basic principle of the gynotex soft-tampon has been known for centuries. From the 18th century, for example, there are reports of women using tiny natural sponges during their period. But in those days, there was little knowledge of hygiene, and less attention paid to comfort. Infections were thus frequent. The optimum tolerability the gynotex soft-tampons are made from sponge materials that are absolutely free of poisonous chemicals, and friendly to the environment. This means that they can not, and will not, cause irritations of the intimate body cavities. Each tampon weighs only 2 grams. Its capacity of absorption is vastly superior to the average traditional product.

Not for heavy days
It is small and felt fine once I wet it up and used it, but, I'm soo glad I had a pad on because it only lasted not even 2hrs before I can feel...um..leakage on my pad. It absorbed but keep in mind, IMO, if you are heavy or starting out, this will be filled up quickly. So, this is suitable towards the end of your cycle, not the beginning. I used a pad just as a precaution and thank God I did! Because it just didn't last as long. As soon as you placed one up there, yoy had to take it out again. So, for lighter days, yes. Heavier ones, just use a tampon (or as I do, a tampon and pad as back up). Better safe than sorry!

They get stuck
The sponge became stuck and took a second person to dig it out. I don't recommend these sponges for that reason. Apparently they absorb very well

Godsend for hoes
So much better than tampons or menstrual cups. No taking a week off anymore ;)

It didn't work for what I bought it for
I got this to see if we could enjoy cleaner sex during my period. Unfortunately, it gets in the way...

If you have a deep uterus don't use these they get stuck up there and you'll panic trying to get them out. One suggestion tie dental floss around it so you have something to tug at.

These cause some pain and irritation to insert. I prefer the lubricated beppy for this reason. I used it during sex and it was jammed up so high I could not get a hold of it and finally got it out after 12 hours. The no string is grea for swimming and scuba diving since the string will wick water up into a normal tampon. But this takes longer to insert and remove. It will be highly inconvenient at times to wash my hands and then go to the toilet, then wash my hands again. It helps to have lube on your finger too for inserting to avoid irritation but you see why this is only convenient while at home.

Love them!
I was so excited to try these since I usually use the sea sponges, but I also wanted a disposable option for times when I can't reuse (when I'm using a public restroom) and these are amazing! Based on the comments I think people don't understand that when using sponges you must wet them first before you insert. Don't insert them dry obviously or it will be painful and can even damage your vaginal wall. I find these to be the perfect size and absorbency is great even for a heavy period. I wish they sold these at regular grocery stores! Why is that not a thing yet? Women need more options!
