Decent but expensive
This can be slightly hard to review because of the way they sell the tools and battery separately. You can get a hot air gun with 2x batteries for not much more. Sure, the quality of that might not be as good but it’s all you need. For this you need a battery and suddenly the value isn’t great. As for the hot air gun, it’s okay. A good weight and solid build. Better than the cheapest but not up there with the well known brand. That said, it does cost less and does a decent job. It sits it that middle ground where it does have good price to performance against the big brands. But if you’re not a professional and need a hot air gun then this isn’t the best value you can get, when you factor in buying the battery separately. If you already have their tools and the battery then this is a good price. Making it hard to give a blanket decision on if it’s worth getting. I feel I have to go with what this is; a hot air gun with no battery. And over £30 is too much for that.

Rubbish
Rubbish, ordered one and ended up sending it back because I thought it was faulty as I could hold my hand 5cm infront of it without it burning.Ordered a second one (which was a little better) but still nothing like the temperatures they state it can do. Took about 5 minutes to shrink down a small 10cm piece of shrink wrap on some wires. And that still used up most of a full battery .

Maybe with the larger battery might last a lot longer, however fantastic customer services
I have a few of Ingco's tools, I find them Cheap and cheerful and of a decent build quality. That being said this Hot air gun was not up to the standard I was hoping for. however a few message with their customer services gave me a good happy result.Top notch customer service and will keep me buying and trying their tools
