I keep it one in my nightstand and one in my purse. It instantly stops tooth and mouth pain.

It's an interesting style and a good way to apply the medication. Although the medication does not seem to be the same strength as in the bottle. There is also question of the sterilization of the brush after use. In it's present form I would give it 4 stars. 5 if they can correct the above items.JK

It really works

It works. It helps my granddaughter feel better. However, it arrived in a damp paper package. The delivery was great - when expected and left resptfully by the door, but the packing was inadequate. The Kanka brush comes in a plastic coated / cardboard packing which was bent and scuffed. it was packed with a book that was also worse for wear. Great product. Great delivery. VERY improper packing

I've always used this product in the past as it works for me when I needed it. However, my local big box store has quit selling this brand. Thankfully, I can still get it from Amazon.
