I just received this product a couple of days ago so I have not had much experience with this particular product. However, the ease of having a month's worth of medication already laid out is so much easier than having only one weeks worth of meds and then you have to refill them. I love that they can pull out in sections of four so days 1-4 that way if I'm going to be away for say 3 days, say the 5th through the 8th of the month, there it is packaged up so that I can take the smaller case with me instead of the large one. The large case has a great locking cap, each individual section has an easy lift cap for each day of the month. It holds all the medications that I need on a daily basis, the numbering is clear, they are not difficult to get into so for someone who has arthritis like I do, don't have to worry about having to have someone else available to take the caps off. It's quite sturdy and comes in my favorite color PINK! There are other colors available as well.

I failed to find a pill organizer in the past that actually helps me track my medication refills before I bought this one. I did not like these 4 day cases at first as I previously thought seven day weekly cases or 5 day work week cases would help me stay organized, but after using this for a few days, I appreciate the manageability of 4 day cases and have completely fallen in love with the 31 day counts. I have nothing but good things to say about the smiley face at the end. The exterior housing case is fantastic. I bought one in pink for my wife because she takes at least 3 daily medications/vitamins that are all over the place in our house but this pill container has nice deep storage areas so even if she needs additional supplements like iron there is plenty of room even after the daily pills are loaded.Medication refills I’ve been an absolute nightmare as of recent and I’ve never been particular cakewalk due to 30 day prescriptions that make it difficult to know when you need a refill because every single mom has a different amount of days and the fact that 30 day prescriptions don’t even cover one month for a handful month of a year is proof that the system is difficult to navigate without putting in tremendous planning and coordinating that is a waste of time. Never mind organizing things because I’ve never been good at it. This bad boy at least helps me view my entire prescription and meet rose and column with dates of each day in order so I know exactly when I need a refill. I gave five stars despite the cheaply made plastic that I don’t think will last very long, it already seems as if the tabs are gonna fall off. The reason I gave five stars is because the design has helped me stay on top of my refills and has reduced a lot of clutter at my nightstand.

This is AMAZING! Really great quality, great value for the cost, so easy to open and use, and is super cute to look at! Easy to fill, easy to open the main lid and the individual lids!

Only fill once a month. Enough for a few pills. No more forgetting to refill every week or forgetting if I took one from the pill bottle. Handy small pill holders but not so small I will lose them. Secure case.

This pill organizer will work for me for a two week trip. Like many people I have to take prescription pills twice a day, actually 3 times a day for two prescriptions, so this works for a two week trip. Now for my vitamins and supplements..,

I bought two of these, blue and dark green. I wanted to be able to consolidate two months worth of daily meds at one time since I take a lot of meds and it is a hassle. These have a number of good features they have 30 individual days mini cubbyholes yet they areoverall of manageable size. The cubbys are each numbered with a day of the month so it’s easy to see if you are overlooking your meds for that day in case you forget. School is still out on whether having the individual doors for each cubbyhole is handy or if it is a burden.The blue color gives excellent visibility to see their pills within and I think the pink color would also allow that. The green color which I also got I don’t recommend because it is so dark that you cannot see the pills inside the blue and the pink are the way to go.

Like the color, it stays closed, and it's nice to have the 8 separate strips of 4 days each. Convenient to take out for traveling. Already have a blue one, so one is being used for morning pills, and one for evening pills. Load them up once a month!!

I really like this pill case. I can take out a week and put it in my purse. I can’t tell you how many times my other pill case fell on the floor and pills went everywhere. I have dropped this on and it stays closed. The box that the pill cases go into is added security. It is made from strong plastic and seems very durable. I also like that it has 31 days plus an extra day for any PRN meds. The case is big enough yet not cumbersome. It fits large size horse pills very easily.

Enabled me organise to 320 tablets over 31 days. No cardboard drug boxes with their paper inserts to rummage through three times per day. This device is compact, well made and very firm and audible locking clasps on each partition and the overall container. Will slip into side of suitcase for trips away.

Good storage space and fits 6-9 pills/capsules. Locks well for individual 4 day containers and the case itself. Love that I can grab what I need when heading to work!

This product seems well constructed, but only time and use will determine how well the lid hinges hold up. All lids close firmly yet are easy to open, and the individual compartments hold plenty of pills that are easy to get out. There aren't that many 31-day dispensers on the market, and another model I purchased recently was poorly designed and unusable. This one is perfect.
