I had to turn and move this 7' tall, 900lb air compressor. I decided to order these (over night) and the little jack and boosters worked perfectly. I placed one dolly on each corner and was able to move this by myself. 5-Star review.

These work well for what I needed. Feels like a real bargain to me. The included pole for lifting leverage is short. Don't see how it would work with more than one or two stacked platforms.

This set of steel furniture/appliance dollies looks like it would last a lifetime. I like the raised edge on two sides of each wheeled platform that would help keep the wheels in place under the item being moved. I like the pads that can be attached to the platforms to protect the furniture .When I assembled the pry bar my first thought was that it was too short, but I quickly realized that when I’d be using it I would be close to the floor so I could slide the dolly under the piece I was trying to move - So it doesn’t need to be more than an arm’s length.I have some pretty heavy furniture, and sometimes I move it. An odd thing: as the years go by, some the furniture seems to have gotten heavier. I look forward to using these new wheels the next time I need to move things .

This is an okay dolly set but one still has the old issue of the dollys themselves sliding out from under the item being moved. It works well on hardwood or tile floors (smooth and even hard floor surfaces). It does NOT work well on carpet. The lever bar is a two piece that joins together and is angled to improve the lifting action. I appreciate that it has two sides higher on each of the dollys (wheels) that allow placing so the item being moved won't so easily slide off. It will catch against the side of the item being moved and help prevent losing it from under the appliance or piece of furniture. But the floor surface will make a difference in that happening. It comes with a felt piece cut to fit the individual dolly pieces to prevent scratching furniture or the appliance. Each dolly piece is also lockable so that it won't move if you don't want it to. You just need to remember to place the dollys so that the break is exposed (reachable) and turned correctly so they won't easily slide out. Also comes with 4 stackable support pieces if needed for use with the lever bar to give a higher angle for lifting. I moved a fairly heavy firepit on a ceramic tile floor and it moved it well. But it would not move a heavy loveseat on carpet because the dollys kept coming out. With that said I would still use this around the house since the majority of the floors are hard surfaces. It would be a back saver in that regard. I can still use sliders on the carpet.

These have been super handy moving items (freezer, extra refrigerator, etc.) around the house. The quality is very good, and looks durable enough to hold up through many years of service. Glad I found such a great product for a great price.

The design of the dolly wheels is ideal for very heavy objects and rolling on hard wood or tile floors. Not really meant for rolling on carpet. The dollies are a 5* item , but the extension lever bar and plastic pads are worthless so I deducted a point. They should sell the dollies by themselves since the extension bar and pads are dangerous to use above 100 lbs.If you want to move objects on carpet look for large diameter wheels I suggest looking for dollys with larger diameter wheels. Each corner dolly has five small diameter solid wheels and only 2" high. I was able to easily move a cabinet that weighted over 700 lbs. The height of each dolly is low enough to allow placement without damaging the cabinet. Didn't work very well for a refrigerator as the refrigerator wheels wanted to roll off each dolly.If you have an object that needs leverage to lift you should us a solid iron crowbar and wood 2x4 and don't use the cheap tube steel bars included in these sets. They just bend or slip out due to incorrect angles of the head. The plastic pads are dangerous since they break instantly under heavy weight or they slip out and can drop the object. If you can't lift the object corners onto the dolly wheels, I suggest you don't use the bar or plastic blocks.Bottom line-the wheels are great by themselves for moving very heavy objects but not worth using if only moving lightweights objects, like a small chair or love seat, since the objects will easily slip off the dollies.

I use this in my shop when I need to move a very heavy like my band saw or stationery 800 pound planer.I can see I will be using this more and more as time goes on.

This is a pretty handy device. This is one of those products that you didn't know you needed until you got it. These little dollies came in handy last weekend. I use them to move my dryer into the garage. I was able to do by myself. The only thing that I wish is that the pry bar was longer. Other than that it's a good tool to have.
