Very light weight. Bit pricey, but I can't hold the heavier poles. Fit together well - handles are nice soft foam with good quality stay straps. Originally couldn't work out how they fit together properly but emailed MK via their website who quickly replied and told me - you need to pull the string really hard until a little knot comes out then secure in the indent in the plastic ring at the top. This works and they are real strong now with no vibration. Looking forward to using more on longer runs.

Brilliant poles, so lightweight and love the way they fold down to fit in your bag. 115cm are just the right height for me 5’8.

Super light trek poles. Bought two sets and used them on climb of Stok Kangri 6137m this August. Small bag they fold up and fit into was great as the poles can easily go into your backpack when not in use. Well made and ultra light, you would hardly feel their weight when in use all day

I bought my Mountain King hiking Poles 7 years ago to go trekking in the Himalayas. Before buying them I was unconvinced about using poles. In the Himalayas I was converted, they give you about 15% greater upward speed and comfort and make you much more balanced,. They dont slip on rocks. The reason for writing this review is that I have just come back from hiking parts of the Appalachian Trail in USA and realised I am still using my original Mountain King poles 7 years on, with 1000's of miles use and still working perfectly. Service like that deserves a good review!
