Beautiful

I opened the box yesterday to use this liquid eyeshadow and this is how full the bottle was. There was no leakage apparent so I don't think it spilled but it makes me wonder if it has been used. The product box was not tapped and there was no "sealed " plastic. Im not sure if this is normal for Mac but I'm kinda bummed and I'm worried it's used.

I thought this was a nice olive or green khaki color, but it’s kind of a price that ends up just clear glitter. It’s disappointing.
