I may have misunderstood what I was getting when I selected this product; I thought they were just toothbrushes and not used with dental equipment. I can still share my observations of them as I did use one as a toothbrush! Evidently, after reading the title, it looks like these toothbrushes are like tubes that terminate into the bristles. The tube itself is strong rigid plastic that did not give much and did not crack or break when using them. They have a soft green pad on the non-bristle side that looks to be a small sponge. The bristles were strong, medium bristles that do not come out like they do in less expensive toothbrushes. They are individually wrapped and easy to open and very clean.

I got these to clean my 83 year old Mama's mouth so she won't choke on saliva but trying to hold the hole for the suction and it coming apart makes these hard to handle. I used one, fought with it the whole time and have not used any others. I went with the swabs on the stick and peroxide mouth rinse. That works fine.
