I like that the capsules are not massive. A bit of a smell to it, but not tasting anything bad. Hoping for sleep quality improvement. I have not taken Ashwagandha before so starting slow or low so happy that the dosage size is 500mg for 1 capsule

After a week, it's probably too early to tell, but I have had no adverse effects. I'm not particularly stressed, so can't evaluate its effectiveness for stress.It has some other benefits such as health health, fertility, lowering body fat and sugar, and increased muscle strength.I'm not sure 1000mg potency is actually high like the seller states, as other brands go up to 6000mg, so you may want to check this out. However, this product's potency is reflected in a lower price.This product will last a month if you go by the recommended 2x daily capsules.

This one month supply of Ashwagandha looks much the same as any other vegan Ashwagandha capsule. The transparent shell with a brown powder inside. These however claim to have a higher mg of Ashwagandha than many of the others on the market. These seem to be priced at about the correct price. They appear to work at reducing stress and anxiety, so I will continue taking them. At the price, I may be buying more once these have run out.

One month supply of ashwagandha at 1000mg or two month supply at 500mg. If it works for you, go for it. Personally I think it's good for stress reduction and cognitive function. If you haven't tried it, I'd recommend. I usually look for supplements that don't have nasty additives such as bulking or anti caking agent in them. This one only has wood pulp. I'm ok with a little bit of wood pulp.

I've not really had any issues with these at all, the capsules are as easy to swallow as any others really, and no nasty taste or anything like that. I also prefer this screw-lid tub style of container over the pouch style packaging, so that's nice to see as well!I'm a little disappointed that the 1000mg serving is made up of two tablets though. Not only does it make them a little more annoying to take (since taking two at a time is a bit much), but the title markets them as 60 capsules, which is technically correct, but I feel like most people would understand that as 60 servings. The description mentions that a serving is two capsules, but I feel like it would be much more reasonable for the title to state 30 servings instead.Other than that though, no real complaints with these!

I like taking these daily to help reduce stress. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans with a vegetarian capsule. You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of 2 then they will last you around a month. Pretty good value for money at under a tenner. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your stress management health.
