Haier 6 kg 5 Star Oceanus Wave Drum Washing Machine Fully Automatic Top Load (HWM60-AE, Moonlight Silver)

Really It's Nice Product!!! And economic budget friendly for middle class family. Thanks to Haier

Good product under budget everything is too good

I am writing this review after using this machine multiple times. No doubt the machine is outstanding in terms of washing clothes and build quality is also top notch at this price point. There’s no sound issue as well and its very easy to install and use. However the lid is not transparent and there is no timer to see how much time left but in real life its of no use for me, I can’t say about others. I just fill the load in machine and starts it then see directly once clothes are washed. Lookwise, its also very attractive and suits your home. Undoubtably best purchase for a family of 4.

Nice

Extremely disappointed with the appalling after-sales service from Haier. It has been a full week since my washing machine was delivered, and despite repeated calls to both Amazon and Haier customer care, the product has still not been installed. While Amazon's customer service team was extremely responsive, helpful and supportive, my experience with Haier was quite the opposite. The Haier representative was curt, dismissive and showed absolutely no interest in resolving the issue. Worse still, when the Amazon customer service representative requested that he escalate the matter to a supervisor, he simply disconnected the call! This level of indifference and unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, particularly from a brand of Haier's size and reputation. I sincerely hope Amazon takes this matter up with Haier, as such poor service reflects badly not only on the manufacturer but also on the overall customer experience. A product is only as good as the service that supports it. Based on this experience, I would never purchase another Haier product, nor would I recommend the brand to anyone.

Highly Impressed! Exceptional Performance in Hard Water Areas & Great for Family Health 😊👍👌 I am writing this review after thoroughly using the Haier 6 kg 5-Star Oceanus Wave Washing Machine, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations. Living in a hard water area, finding a washing machine that can deliver a proper clean without destroying fabrics or suffering from scale buildup is a major challenge. Thanks to the innovative Oceanus Wave drum technology, this machine handles hard water brilliantly. It ensures a deep, thorough wash while remaining incredibly gentle on clothes. As a parent, the health and hygiene of my family and kids are my top priorities. The washing quality is impeccable—it effectively removes stubborn dirt and allergens, giving me complete peace of mind that our clothes are perfectly sanitized and safe for sensitive skin. Additionally, the 5-star energy rating makes it highly efficient, saving both water and electricity. The machine operates quietly, and the build quality is exceptionally sturdy. Kudos to Haier for engineering a product that truly understands the practical needs of modern households. Highly recommended for families looking for performance, hygiene, and durability!

I have been using it since 3-4months now. I can see stains on light coloured clothes even after wash. Light weight.

Good one, Value for money. Service is good and installation is hussle free.
