These adult bibs are well made, with both snaps and ties to use to fasten around one's neck. The snaps and ties function exactly as they should. The bibs wash well in cold water, hang to dry. No issues with funny odors on the bibs themselves, but the box they were shipped in had a heavy smell of something like Febreeze. Had to put it out in the garage asap. The bibs were enclosed in a plastic zipper type bag and had not absorbed the Febreeze odor, fortunately.

My husband was in rehab after breaking both his legs and was dropping food due to the awkward way he sat in the hospital bed. He loved these bibs so much that we are saving them for when we get old or eat super messy food! 4 stars because the directions to make the fold were terrible so it took many try’s before we figured it out.

The colors are very nice, especially for men. They are very light weight and I am concerned how long the snaps will work properly as I fear they may tear off the material. The crumb catcher should probably work but is a very weird design in my opinion and not how I would have designed it, I do not have time to make them for my Dad right now or I would. I honestly doubt most elderly people, especially those with dementia, could figure out the crumb catcher and I question if they have the strength to do the snaps which are not easy to snap, there is a tie at the neck however. My Dad has advanced Altzheimers but is very good at troubleshooting things still, I doubt he will be able to do the crumb catcher himself. I have attached photos of the crumb catcher, one show the crumb catcher folded up and snapped in place, the othe shows snap positioning.

These are bigger bibs than most, More coverage for spills than others out there. At first I really didn't like that they were fabric and that makes it harder to wash off spills, but they are very easy to use and I can quickly wash them in the sink and they are ready to use a few hours later.
