This little knife it beautiful! It was so nice to get something of such nice quality for a more than reasonable price.It was given as a gift (now getting one for myself!) and she loved it.

(Forgive the long-windedness of this review, I like to be thorough.)First off - remember that anything I say is with the knowledge that this knife is $20, and cheaper on sale. That is a pretty insane price given what you're getting.I'll start with my complaints since those will be the most relevant -1. The knife I received did not come very sharp, it was actually quite dull. The grind was a little wonky and the straight-edge was a little more like a sweeping belly.2. Sharpening it turned out to be a bit annoying, because the sharpening choil is not very large. At least with my KME guided system, and admittedly this may just be user error, it leaves a bit of an ugly gouge right under the plunge grind. I'd recommend benchstone sharpening if you can, it would probably avoid that issue entirely.3. The action wasn't good when I got it. Gritty and kind of stiff, but easily fixed with some KPL lube once I disassembled it. Just be aware that it's not perfect straight out of the box.4. The ergonomics aren't great, but it's also a tiny knife, so what can you really expect? Without compromising on another area, I can't even see how they'd get away with making it more ergonomic anyway, but I do have to mention it, since it is a legitimate gripe.5. This isn't really a complaint, more common sense, but you obviously can't use this for something like outdoor tasks.6. Also not a real complaint, but it's worth mentioning - this knife is a front flipper, which WILL be confusing to even regular pocket knife users at first. Grandma is not going to be able to figure it out on her own, so be aware of that.That's it. Considering the price, there is almost nothing else I can seriously complain about.Here are the positives -1. The weight on this is surprisingly hefty. While that may initially seem like a con given that the knife is so small, it also gives it the feeling of being substantial, something it's price-competitors cannot offer.2. It's small enough that it should be legal to carry basically anywhere in the US, and probably Canada, including fully concealed. European countries might have some issues since it is a locking knife though.3. The pocket clip is a deep carry clip, and it actually fits pretty snug. Shouldn't come out of your pocket, unless you're trying to make it come out.4. 9cr18mov is a great budget steel, and it's probably the best steel I've seen on a knife this inexpensive. You basically can't beat it at this price point, and even if the heat treat isn't great, which I've had no reason to believe otherwise, you're still going to get more cutting out of this than any cheap gas station knife.5. Whatever material the scales are made from is surprisingly good. It doesn't feel like a plastic, more like a resin. I doubt it will chip off like paint, but it'll probably wear if you do something like drop it on concrete. Just be sensible, and it'll hold up fine.6. This knife is supremely giftable. The stylings are attractive, unique, and cleverly designed with the Zodiac motif. Even if they're not into astrology, showing the care of actually looking up their sign is a nice little touch. I can't imagine anyone would be upset receiving this, especially women. It'll serve as a perfect purse knife, since it's so pretty, small, and convenient. Not to mention, it's cheap. The only thing that makes me hesitate is that it's a front flipper, as I mentioned before.7. It has some nice small details, like a cutout for lock bar access, an integrated stop pin, and very sensible construction. All that holds it together is a T6 screw for the scales and a T8 screw for the pivot. Most screwdriver kits will have these sizes. Also worth mentioning that the centering on mine was pretty much dead on.8. I mentioned it briefly before, but this knife is genuinely nice looking. It's not flawless, it's going to have issues if you examine it under a microscope, but the color choices and general stylings are nice to look at. It makes you want to carry it, just because it looks so nice. I expect most people who buy one of these as a gift will also end up getting one for themselves.9. Lastly, this knife is 20 bucks. For most people, the size isn't going to be an issue, and the steel choice means it'll outperform most similarly priced knives in edge retention, and sharpen up easily on even softer aluminum oxide stones like the ones in a cheap Lansky kit or an old whetstone.Overall, it's a great choice unless you need a bigger knife, and honestly, still a great choice for just having around with you to open letters or cut up fruit. If you're looking for something like this, you can't really go wrong at this price point.

Quality feel

Really happy with this knife. A great little pajamas l package opener. Enamel design seems to be great quality and makes for a wonderful little pendant when not in use. Purchased a gift for a girl who is big in to astrology and she was thrilled with it and has commented on it several times since then.

So cute perfect size, use it to open things at work all day long, even a coworker commented on it, and wanted one for herself

I’ve bought and ordered several $20 knives from this company, GVDV. Almost all of them were $20 or less but all were also longer and just bigger and sharper. This knife is really just for emergencies as its blade is too tiny for any real applications. But its size makes it a fun fidget toy. I would say this more of a fidget toy than it is an actual working pocket knife. Given the chance I would not order this again.

What a beautiful little knife, I love how they make all different colors and designs based on the zodiac. I don't really believe in that sort of thing but it's cool regardless haha. I am a knife collector and have many high end knives worth hundreds. I know quality when I see it and this knife is quality! For the price it's an absolute steal. Smooth action, good lockup. Centered and fit and finish is really good and its sharp. All for a really low price. This would work well as an edc but I think I will keep mine as a collectors piece because it's just too pretty to mess up lol. But it's definitely more than capable of going with you everywhere and doing its job when needed. Keep in mind this is a really small knife which is great for edc tasks. It's a little heavy for my taste especially for its small size but not a big deal as I won't be carrying this on me much. I highly recommend!

Muy bonita y original, corta bien y lo más importante es que ubo un problemilla con el pedido y el vendedor muy amablemente soluciono el tema rápido, contento con la pequeña navaja, un 10 de10 para el vendedor. Recomendable por supuesto.

J'aime bien le principe d'un couteau personnalisé pour chaque signe astrologique, la qualité n'est en rien cheap et pourtant je trouve le prix très raisonnable, l'affûtage de la lame est très correct et surtout le fil se maintien correctement à l'utilisation. Cela peut donc faire un cadeau sympa pour un anniversaire, une fête des pères ou pour quelqu'un qui collectionne et sans casser le budget.Le déploiement de la lame est très grippé de base mais en desserrant légèrement avec une petite clé hex j'ai résolu le souci. Mon seul reproche serait l'absence d'un trou pour l'accrocher à un trousseau de clés éventuellement, à ce format cela aurait pu faire sens.Au risque de passer pour un rabat-joie, je me permets de rappeler qu'il s'agit là d'une lame à cran et donc qu'en France il est possible pour les forces de l'ordre de vous embêter si vous vous promenez avec une telle lame sur vous.

The media could not be loaded.  Ho deciso di ordinare questo coltello incuriosito dal suo aspetto estetico e dalle dimensioni, il suo utilizzo principale sarà quello di aprire pacchi di a,anon e nulla di più ma visto la sua affilatezza posso assicurare che potrà tornare molto utile in situazioni diverse, come il campeggio, al caccia o la pesca.Il prodotto arriva all’interno di una piccola scatola di cartone dove all’interno è presente solo il coltellino riposto nella sua sede, io ho scelto quello con il segno zodiacale del toro, il mio simbolo che si presenta con figure geometriche che appunto rappresentano il toro in una colorazione desertica con dettagli in oro, personalmente mi piace moltissimo e sono sicuro che anche gli altri segni e colorazioni siano di altrettanto gusto estetico.La lama del coltellino si apre da sopra e una molla ci aiuterà con lì apertura rivelando la lama è che piccola e non molto appuntita ma sicuramente affilata, ciò che ho apprezzato è sicuramente la colorazione nera dell’ acciaio che una ancora volta risulta essere di impatto estetico.Come detto in precedenza il coltellino mi risulta molto comodo per aprire pacchi e tagliare cartoni e portarlo con sé è anche molto pratico grazie alla presenza del piccolo gancetto per cintura.Il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono e sicuro potrebbe essere un’ottima idea regalo per gli amanti della caccia.
