Fast delivery. Excellent customer service and easy to set up. Works with alexa and love the auto lock feature. If only it had a backup physical lock with key, it would be perfect. Just found it does have physical key as well!

The media could not be loaded.  Fingerprint reader, auto-locking and works without an app. Everything I wanted plus beautiful. Installation was a breeze. Programming, because I didn’t want to use an app, was a challenge as there were no instructions to program via the touchpad included.I contacted support and was lucky enough to get Edward’s help. He went above and beyond, always responded quickly and always patient. He typed out and sent me all the codes for keypad programming, and answered numerous questions I had. Eventually it was determined I needed a replacement which was promptly sent.The new lock is installed, programmed with Edward’s code sheet and works great…an “open and shut” case- haha.If I owned a business I would want Edward on my team!

This lock only took around 20 minutes to install including the time to remove the last lock I had. It comes with an app which was extremely helpful as it allows for easy customization of the lock at any time. Like setting up a timer for the lock to automatically lock itself along with the basic access methods like fingerprints and codes. The app also seems pretty user friendly as it allows you to name and organize all the fingerprints and other functions. Overall, its a great lock for its price and a great purchase.

6/28/23 ** UPDATED REVIEW **Forget everything I said below! It was an amazing product for about 2 weeks. Now its eating through AA batteries every 2-4 days. I work days, I typically unlock it twice a day. Four times a day, maybe twice a week. Once when I leave, and once when I get home.One night we were leaving, and the batteries died without warning. The deadbolt never locked, and our home was unlocked for 4 hours while we went to dinner and a movie. Anyone could have broken into our home and wiped out all our belongings.Original Review - 5/11/23After 5yrs my Schlage smart deadbolt started to have issues. It wouldn't fully open, forcing us to use the key to unlock it all the way. So it was time to find a new lock. In 2023 there are a lot more options for Smart Locks, so we decided to go with the Heantle Fingerprint Electronic Deadbolt. We were not let down.If you've already had an electronic deadbolt before, installation is a breeze. It only took me 20 minutes to remove the old one and install the new one. The first thing I was surprised by was the fingerprint sensor. I thought a fingerprint sensor would take longer to unlock than entering a code. Instead using our fingerprints is the quickest way to unlock the door. It's practically immediate from the time I press my fingerprint to the sensor, to the time the door unlocks.The only issue I've had is the mobile app. When I add a new fingerprint, code, or swipe card to the lock I have to submit it 3-4x before the app shows "Successful". The first 1-3x I try to submit it it gives me an error, but always successful on the 3-4th attempt. Once registered though it never has a problem and operation is a breeze.Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a smart deadbolt, especially those that are already familiar with installation and have patience for setup.

I love my smart lock it works great I just had an issue with it but customer support is working to correct the problem that has happened with my lock

I have had this lock for over a year and so far I have had no issues with it. It's very easy to install and use. Battery life is excellent!!! I have not had to charge it in over a year, with occasional use. I love that there are different modes of access..keys, fob, biometric and phone. Definitely worth it. Customer Service is also very responsive which is another plus for me.

What I like the most about this product was the simple install and being able to get in and out of the house quick by either fingerprint or using my code to get into the house. Good product, easy to install, works as intended.
