Came mostly assembled. You have to add the foot supports and front and back stands and that's about it. Need a wrench to assist.After figuring out how to get it to lie flat, assembly was easy. Reasonably comfy to sit on a quite long. I've short legs and can't touch the floor when I'm lying flat. I think this is quite high. The professional grade Cybex one in my gym is much lower to the ground .Getting this from flat to angled positions isn't difficult but does require you to unscrew support knobs and insert in higher/lower holes. Shame it wasn't a quick release type system but not a massive deal.

This weight bench is heavy duty, and you feel that when the box arrives, this is then shown when you unpack and see all the steel is very strong and welds look really good while all being nicely finished.Assembly took about 10mins and the instructions are OK but it’s fairly self-explanatory anyway.Its fully adjustable seat and back rest make it useful for a variety of exercises and for all the ones I have tried it has felt very sturdy and more than up to the job.It has two solid wheels on the back make moving it around much easier and it does fold fairly flat if you need to store it.Overall, I guess you are paying for quality but there are plenty of other benches out there for less than the £129.99 this one is currently that offer more than just the bench.
