Hennington Boys. 😍
Another fabulous series by Corrine Michales. The Hennington boys are unbelievably perfect. Yes there are crisis that they must overcome but their southern roots made them charming men. Love them all but Wyatt will always be my favorite.

Beautiful and emotional...fantastic read
Say You Want Me by Corinne Michaels4.5 stars!!!“It’s not a test of love when things are good. It’s how you handle things when times are bad.”Corinne Michaels is one evil, evil, evil woman, just when I thought she couldn’t decimate my heart any more than she already has with her past books, she delivers Say You Want Me. I am an emotional reader; tear jerkers are my favourites and I crave that emotion like a normal woman craves chocolate. There is nothing more rewarding than when an author nails and I mean nails, character connection and delivers emotional overload…that is what Corinne Michaels delivered. This book reduced me to a sobbing, snotty mess and I loved it!!“I would rather suffer in silence than be deafened by the truth.”Angie Benson is a strong minded, fiercely independent woman. She is a business owner, has a small circle of friends and not a boyfriend in sight. She is anti-relationship and anti-romance. Her sister in law, Presley, who we met in Say You’ll Stay lives in Bell Buckle, Tennessee and on the last two visits Angie has hooked up with Wyatt Hennington, Zach’s brother. In Say You’ll Stay, Wyatt was the one character that really intrigued me and boy does Corinne Michaels deliver. It seems round two with Wyatt may have left Angie with more than she bargained for and now she needs to head back there to face the music.“Wyatt brings bold colors to a world where I was only seeing muted tones.”There is so much I want to say about this book, but everything is a spoiler and this is a book that you definitely need to go into blind. You need to let Corinne Michaels expertly play with your emotions as she cleverly takes you on a rollercoaster ride with Angie and Wyatt. A two-night stand does not a relationship make and these two have a lot of work in working out exactly what it is they both want. The chemistry between these two is seriously off the charts but there is a lot of history to get past and what with their current situation the pressures on them both are immense. Angie needs to re-wire her whole relationship mentality if her and Wyatt are to stand a chance and Wyatt goes all out to prove that he is more than worthy of her love and heart.“The sex was explosive, but more than that . . . I was drawn to her like I haven’t been with anyone else. She lit me up and then left me burning.”Wyatt, like Angie, is anti-relationship, he thought he was in love once and she ended up with his brother so his heart is closely guarded. It is only as his relationship with Angie progresses that he realises that he had actually never been in love before…because he was now. He knows that what he is asking of Angie is immense but deep down in his heart of hearts he just hopes that he is worth it, that she wants it.“You’re out here on my boat, on my land, and in my life, makin’ me see things for the first time. I’ve never felt like this before. I’ve never wanted to be something so much, and yet hope it eludes me a little more.”I loved Wyatt with a passion, he was an incredible character and Corinne Michaels really nailed him and brought him to life. His vulnerability, his insecurities and his pure passion made him an unforgettable character and more importantly…real. Angie, while at times was frustrating, I could understand her and her reticence to put herself out there and uproot everything. It was a life changing decision and finally coming to terms with putting her heart on the line was extremely hard for her to do.“I love watching your walls crumble. I love watching your reasons diminish. I’m really going to enjoy it when you finally realize just how much you want me.”As with any Corinne Michaels book the course of true love always has its ups and downs and this is where Corinne Michaels really brings out the big guns. This is where she rips your heart out with her bare hands, where she chops it up into little pieces and scatters it with ill regard. Where she then proceeds to stamp on those pieces and tears them to shreds with the soles of her boots and then spits on them for good measure…harsh…I think not. But the beauty with Corinne Michaels is she has a conscience and she does put your decimated heart back together again…albeit slowly…but the scars will always be left behind.“If there were no Zachary, I would’ve married Wyatt before he could’ve changed his mind. He’s the guy you marry, Ang. He’s the guy you build your whole life around. He’s the guy you move for.”This was an amazing story, totally unforgettable and a book that I will definitely read again. For those readers that crave those emotional reads, this is definitely for you, yes you do get your happy ever after but you will never forget the journey to get there.

Corinne Michaels, What Have You Done to Me?!?!?!?!?!
Corinne Michaels has gone and done it again! I should've known, based on her previous novels, that this book would make my emotions go all haywire and make me cry like a baby. When I first read Consolation by Corinne Michaels, I fell in love with her writing style and bought all of her books that were out at the time. Since then, she has become a one-click author for me and she has never once disappointed me with her powerful and emotional storytelling and relatable and well-developed characters so, needless to say, I was pretty excited when this book came out!"'Love is the strongest and most beautiful thing we can bestow on another person.'"Angie Benson is as happy with her life as she can be. Sadly, she doesn't have much contact with her family anymore after tragedies strike and what little interaction she has is never positive but she makes the most out of her life. She is part-owner of For Cup's Cake, a bakery in Philadelphia and she loves her best friend Presley Townsend and Presley's twin boys to pieces. We met Presley and her sons in Say You'll Stay. Angie has a hard time really opening herself up to love a man because she has never truly felt love from her mother and she is scared of getting rejected. She rarely trusts anyone with her heart and has convinced herself she is fine with her life as is."'I don't know what to say.'""'Say you want me.' His eyes hold mine.""I lift my hands, take his face between them, and lock on to his eyes. 'I want you.'"Wyatt Hennington is the youngest of the three brothers. He had been in love with Presley Townsend for a long time but he loved her enough to let her go when she realizes she has feelings for Zach Hennington. Wyatt lives in Bell Buckle, Tennessee with his loving family. Angie receives some news and heads down to Tennessee to see Wyatt though she never intends to fall in love with him. She has heard he has quite the reputation and she only plans to say what she needs to say to Wyatt and continue living her life in Philadelphia. We all know that even the best-laid plans don't always work out and Angie will have to decide if she wants her head or her heart to win this battle with Wyatt."'It's not a test of love when things are good. It's how you handle things when times are bad.'"As with all of her books, Corinne Michaels does a phenomenal job in the emotions department. I laughed, I bawled, I snickered, and I got so frustrated at times that I wished I could talk some sense into Angie and Wyatt. The story rotates back and forth between Angie and Wyatt so I loved hearing both sides of the story but being an omniscient reader has some disadvantages when you know what one protagonist is feeling and they won't convey those thoughts to another character. The story started to drag ever so slightly for me when Angie keeps digging in her heels but then one horrific incident occurs that changed everything and threw me back into the story, along with a wad of tissues. After that, I raced through the rest of the book and finished feeling like I'd run a marathon.Say You Want Me is the second book about the Hennington boys and, even though it's considered a standalone, I still recommend reading Say You'll Stay first since events that occur in this book could be spoilers if you haven't read Say You'll Stay. As always, Corinne Michaels' characters are funny, snarky and lovable and the romances are very emotionally-satisfying (after, of course, the characters get their acts together!). I'm thrilled to see that Trent Hennington and Grace are getting their own story so I am eagerly anticipating the release of that book! If you are looking to read Say You Want Me, I highly recommend it but strongly suggest reading Say You'll Stay first if you haven't. I've loved all of Corinne Michaels' books and always look forward to her new books!

WYATT AND ANGELINA'S STORY IS PRICELESS ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️
I throughly enjoyed this complicated storyline and the path they created together. It certainly wasn't always smooth but the growth they both achieved was inspiring. 💞

Cowboys & Cupcakes - Another masterpiece from this author!
"I don't know what to say""Say you want me." His eyes hold mine.Yet another masterpiece from one of my absolute favourite authors! Corinne can write no wrong; every letter, every word, every sentence, every single paragraph and chapter is crafted together to create prose and stories which are absolutely EVERYTHING! 'Say You Want Me' is no different at all; it will instil every single emotion from you, and MORE. It is simply a book you NEED TO READ NOW!"But fairy tales don't come true.People die.And I'm destined to be forgotten."So we have Angie and Wyatt's story! If you've read 'Say You'll Stay' you'll realise that these 2 have a little bit of history from when Angie came to visit Presley. Having said that, this is a standalone and can be read on its own. I would always prefer to read any previous books first as you do get a feel for the back story, and also potential spoilers from SYS.I don't even want to risk spoiling anything from this story by giving anything away about what happens. Simply from reading the blurb you know something happens - all you need to know is Angie and Wyatt go on a journey together. They make discoveries and go through things together which will bring on many emotions and feelings from the reader. As expected from Corinne, you will feel it all whilst reading. I laughed and I definitely cried - tissues were required for me!!"I see it all in his eyes-the hope, the fear. We're both in unchartered water, trying to plot the course and hoping we don't get lost."I fell in love with Wyatt immediately. He is full of strength. He's kind, caring, supportive and incredibly loyal, yet he is willing to take charge and be the 'alpha' when required. His determination was impressive!! Angie's character developed brilliantly throughout the story. She's a hugely independent woman who has been thrown in to an extremely uncertain situation and is doing everything she can to keep her mind, feelings and heart all straight and in order. As the story goes and and develops I found myself loving Angie even more and more. As she became immersed in the town of Bell Buckle and created friendships and relationships she emerged into a wonderful kind-hearted, switched-on woman. This book is a wonderful, sexy, emotional and romantic read with some super HOT moments!! I mean come on, these Hennington brothers are so swoony!! Wyatt is the epitome of sexiness and it oozes out of the pages throughout! The story is full of angst and emotion, but it also had plenty of humour and entertaining moments which will have you turning the pages right until the very end.5 Wonderful Cupcake and Cowboy Stars

Another great book.
The characters are so well written, you feel all their emotions, and boy are there loads of emotions, the tears the goosebumps. This book has it all. Loved Wyatt, he’s strong, funny, stubborn and sensitive all rolled into one. He is care free and goes from woman to woman with no cares in the world until he meets Angie. Angie is Presley’s best friend and comes to visit her on the farm. He instantly likes Angie, she’s a city girl and unlike any girl he’s ever met, but she has her guard up and won’t let anyone in. Angie and Wyatt hook up one night before she leaves, and months later she realises she’s pregnant and her whole world gets flipped upside down. She leaves her home and work to go tell Wyatt. Their story is so beautiful, it’s full of love and heartbreak, which makes it so real. Loved everything about it.

My Top Read 2016
In life, I think you are destined to find a book that talks to you on so many levels that you let go of your heart in all of its entirety. It could be that the words touch the places you keep hidden or locked away safely. It could be that you have lived it, loved it or lost it in a similar way to the story that is unfolding before your eyes or that it simply just owns you so completely, that you know you will never quite be the same once the words ‘The End’ have been spoken. Say You Want Me by Corinne Michaels is THAT book for me.From the beginning to the very end I was lost to Wyatt & Angie’s story in every way possible. From laughter & happy tears to uncontrollable, heart wrenching sobs, theirs is a journey I will never forget. The emotional pulls throughout this entire story of love & faith were exceptional on every level. They shattered me so completely, before trying like hell to glue me back together – albeit a few pieces short & that will stay forever missing.Wyatt Hennington -Eeeek I love this southern man with all his southern charm & a mouth, mind & body to complete it. Talk about HAWT – Damn this man had me in a fluster from the off. Not only is he like some perfect man specimen but he has all the rest going on to – his sense of humour, cocky confidence & his stubborn determination are all drool worthy, but he is also super caring, loving & passionate. He can literally get any girl in his bed & never ever has to go back for seconds, so he doesn’t know why the firecracker of a bombshell who is besties with his best friend Presley is never far from his mind. He had second helpings, but wants more – so much more. When he finds out she is making an unscheduled visit he can’t wait to see her, determined to make it third time a charm.Yet life isn’t so simple & he soon realises his life will never be the same again. He has 3 months to turn her world upside down & show her just much she needs some sweet southern lovin, the kind that comes oh so easy to this cowboy. But sadly, not all things are easy & he soon faces his biggest test. Can he be the man Angie needs & deserves when they are faced with the unimaginable.Angie Benson. OMG I floved her hard. This girl is spunky, feisty & bloody hilarious. Her sense of humour really did make me laugh, with her quirky attitude to life in general & especially her newly discovered circumstance. She couldn’t keep away from him on her last 2 trips to Bell Buckle. Wyatt Hot As Hell Hennington melted her panties right off & gave her a double dose of heaven – which ended abruptly with her leaving his bed & heading back to Philly quick smart. Damn that man & damn her situation. She is a successful businesswoman with responsibilities – which didn’t include having to deal with a return trip & a confessional to the man who is now going to be in her life as a permanent fixture.3 months. That’s what she promises him, though to be honest she never plans on letting him in. But how can she not love this man, who is perfectly beautiful & kind on the inside as well as out. Before she realises it, the decisions she was frightened to make become clear as day & as easy as breathing, until the night that changed it all. How can she fix someone when she is just as shattered & broken? How can 2 people survive the unimaginable. What else can I say, except that Corinne has created 2 of my all-time favourite characters in Wyatt & Angie. From the dry humour & quick wit that had me giggling like a teenager at the beginning, to the raw, gut-wrenching emotions their journey led them too as they grew not only as individuals, but as a couple trying to make it. I came to love them dearly, even with their faults & I found myself hoping & praying that their ending would bring happiness to their hearts as well as my own.It truly was a story of love versus adversity. Of believing in life’s plan when it is at its absolute cruellest. Of having the strength & courage to overcome the darkest of days, while never letting go of the anchor that keeps you grounded. Of Faith. Of Hope. Of forever. My top read of 2016

One for the top shelf! Loved it!
Wow.I've literally just finished this book after a solid 5 hours+ of reading. I couldn't put it down! In fact, I'm pretty sure my other half isn't talking to me because I've had my head stuck in my kindle all day. I'll go and give him some attention in a minute, I just had to get a quick review in for this diamond of a book!!So, the blurb tells you pretty much everything, but that said, it does not mention the emotional roller coaster, with twists, loops and soul wrenching intensity that this book turned out to be.Wyatt- OMG!After finding out that Angie is pregnant, he sets about getting to know her - outside the bedroom - and letting her get to know him. Wyatt was pretty much half way in love with Angie before she turned up at door number 2, but convincing her of that, as well as also trying to convince her to give him a chance to be the man that she doesn't believe exists is going to be harder, and more emotionally charged than he - or I- thought.Angie gas the idea stuck in her head that this is a forced relationship, and in a way it is, but Wyatt fell hard and fast, and I think it was clear early on that it wasn't only the situation that kept him close. I think that for Wyatt, the baby was an added bonus. He said something early on in the book that solidified my opinion. He said that if it wasn't for the baby, they probably wouldn't be together because neither of them would move. That right there tells you there was more for him - for them both from the beginning, it was pure stubbornness that kept them apart.Such a sweet and heart wrenching book. I got the feels sooooo bad with this one, so many feels! Good and bad! I cried. So hard at one point. I laughed though too, a lot. This book has such a beautiful balance of humour, romance, angst, love, friendship and family.Everything I could want in a book.5 solid gold stars!
