Faithfull 30M (98ft) Reinforced Hose Kit – PVC Garden Hose Pipe with 3 Fittings & Multipattern Spray Gun

I have bought this purely to create a solar heating panel for an outside pool. Good quality for that purpose. Not very heavy and so I am unsure of lasting quality is used as a garden hose. I put the extra fittings onto my other garden hosepipe.

Good but kinks very easily

This is a pretty good value product. I'm sure that hoses at twice the price are better, or have some better qualities but this does the job: it is plenty thick enough for most normal gardening uses, and gives the impression that it will last. YES, it does kink a little if you unwind the hose in such a way to make it kink ... but the simple solution is to have the hose in one of those rolling devices so you roll it up and unroll it ... and then it will never kink. Its just not a problem.

This is an excellent kit. To be honest, I only ordered it for the hose - that alone was good value. I assumed the fittings would be ‘throw-away’. However, the fittings provided are astonishingly good quality for the price. In fact the kit is good value for the fittings alone. The multi-use gun is much better quality than the Hozelock equivalent. It has more options for spray and the hard plastic parts are the same as Hozelock. However, the best feature is that the rotator and the handle are covered in rubberised material so when you drop it on concrete (as we all do) it will bounce not crack. I’m fed up of replacing broken Hozelock guns - I’m so happy I found this one.I’ve included a photo of one of the two hose end-points because it has the required one-way valve to attach to the public water main. That was another pleasant surprise.This is not a cheap and cheerful “budget” option: it’s a very good quality product.

This is fine as a static hose to supply another hose at the back of the garden, which is what I’m using it for. However, it kinks easily, and the wire re-enforcement in the hose means it stays kinked unless you squish it back into shape.The attachments come in thick plastic packaging which is like Fort Knox to get into and is completely unnecessary as well as not remotely eco-friendly.

Always kinking will persevere for rest of this year then bin it

This hose was delivered earlier than I expected it, which was a good thing, but I am waiting for my daughter to come and connect it for me and hoping that the connection fits my wall tap.
