This is the best microwave that I've had in a long time. It heats up food very well. It's not loud. I love the size.

It’s a straight-forward, uncomplicated unit that fits perfectly on my limited counter space.

I bought this microwave even though it was a bit more expensive than others the same size because of the Kenmore brand name and reputation. There is nothing particularly bad about it, but I don't care for the speed buttons on it and having to push a button before entering a custom time. It's been a decent microwave, but after about a year of use I've noticed that it's losing power and not cooking things as quickly as it used to. I'm guessing I will have to replace it before too long. In all fairness, I do use my microwave a lot, but I think a year isn't very long for something that expensive to last.

The panel is hard to read. The letters are small and not easy to read unless all the lights are on.

Needed a microwave that would fit in a space roughly 9 3/4 inches total height. Measured tens of microwaves in Walmart, combed through ridiculous amount of product pages on Amazon. Many have wrong info on product pages (height measured without feet or interior dimensions posted). This is one of the very few microwaves (or the only one) that actually has the housing at 9 1/2 inches. I tried at least one other that probably uses the exact same inside but has a slightly different housing that was also listed as 9.6 but was actually more like 10 1/4 inches.This microwave fits perfectly on the second shelf of IKEA RIMFORSA work bench / kitchen island and has a similar finish to that. And you'll have just enough room to add a non-slip rubber mat or velcro tape to feet to keep it from moving when opening the door.It's quiet and, most importantly, stops beeping right when you open the door. Things take longer to heat than with bigger microwaves but it would be the same with any small microwave like this. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

It looks nice and matches my other kitchen appliancesIt is easy to use and heating temperature is good The beeper sound could be a little louder. Hard to hear if I am in another room.

The power does not compare to my previous Kenmore. I have to reheat/cook items twice as long with this microwave.The door button works poorly - need to engage it 2-3 times before the door opens.Wish I could still return this piece of junk.

900 is strength we wanted. nice clean lines for our guest loft.

Does the job but noisy

It's a bit noisier than other microwave ovens I've had, but at 900 watts it does what I need it to do - heat water for coffee or tea, and warm up and/or cook any food. Fits in a small space, and simple to operate.
