This salt is very good and looks clean when it arrives.I use this to cook my food and they are tasty too.It is good for health, if you are suffering from high blood pressure and you have been told by your GP to reduce salt in your diet then go for this one. You will not need to reduce the salt as this is more natural and healthy.
