Is thiss bright white buttercream

Hello, this is white frosting that can be coloured and flavoured.

Can food colouring be added to it to make other colours?

I didn’t add colouring but am assuming it would be like any frosting, icing where colouring could be added.

Do you have to use it all in one go or does it keep for second use once opened?

I got about 3 separate uses out of one tub. Keeps fine as long as you use it within a few weeks x

Does this frosting melt easily?

I used mine straight from the fridge, but after being out a while it was quite soft but still able to pipe onto a cake
