Great price point and product
Supplements are hard to rate as we are never really sure if they do what they promise.What I can say is that I have been taking a collagen supplement like this one for many years...before collagen was a 'thing'. I am a pretty hard core gym person (weights mainly) and am old enough to have joint issues...and yet I don't.How much of that is genetics and how much is supplementation...who knows. What I do know is I am not willing to take the risk of discontinuing collagen supplementation and possibly end up with a problem.I ran across this product when looking for something more cost effective (cheaper) than what I had been using.This has the same ingredients in the same doses as what I was using at a much better price.The tablets are small and coated so they are easy to swallow.No tummy upset or other side effects.
