Easy to install. It comes with a little spanner thingy to remove the old one and tighten the nut on the new one. It is silent and accurate.Only down side is it doesn'thave a little hook for hanging the clock on the wall. I had to glue a little ring on the back so I could hang it up. Hence the four stars not five

Excellent value easy to assemble on clock. Better to repair than replace. Clock appears to be keeping time accurately!
