Enriched Bread Flour, Unbleached, 5 Lb

Made fantastic pizza with this bread flour! I also like the convenience of having flour delivered directly to the house. Cheaper than my local store.

Packaging could have been a little better, but for the price, I’m not complaining at all. The quality is just as good as King Arthur bread flour and the results are perfect. Overall, I rate this 10/10, highly recommend!!

I use this bread flour regularly and I think it’s great. I don’t notice the difference between this flour and some of my pricey flour brands. For me, it performs just as well as other name brands, but at a price that is more reasonable for me personally. I’ve used it for loaves, hamburger buns, and sourdough rounds and they’ve all turned out delicious.

Good product, but I found reasonable price for my favorite, White Lily; otherwise would continue to order when/if White Lily’s price becomes prohibitive as I make all my family and extended family’s bread…

I haven't seen this in other posts so I don't know if this experience was a fluke? This flour is a great buy for the price. Bread flour is more expensive but if you want that perfect bread texture with added protein then the Amazon brand Bread Flour might be your perfect choice. Its price point is excellent and will save your a lot of money. My order arrived in good condition but shipping put a strain on the bags so some flour leaked out. This brand flour has beautiful consistency, appeared to be fresh, did a beautiful rise, and held up exceedingly well for making sourdough bread. Why am I giving only 4 stars? There was an odd, very strong aftertaste with every bite. It was so strong it overshadowed the sourdough flavor I love in my breads. I don't know why or how this was the case. I bought two bags so it will be interesting to see if this was a fluke. If so, I'll gladly update this review to five stars after I've had more time to test. Regardless, I would recommend this flour.

Edit: ths time they werent oen and deliverybwas great! Love it for sourdough. Forst time they felivered it was perfect ever since the. I get damaged open bags and the flour is all over the rest of the order. Good product not sure why delivery isn't great anymore.
