I bought 6 of these thermostat‑humidity sensors to set them up in every room and garage. All of them connect instantly to Hub, Meross app, Google Home and Apple Home, letting me check temperature and humidity from anywhere, all I need is Internet connection or modile Internet. Devices wireless range to the hub is about 10-20 meters depends on walls in between, the readings are spot‑on. Great battery life with solar, sleek design. Highly recommend for anyone who wants reliable, whole‑home climate monitoring without hassle.

An excellent thermometer. Gives accurate readings. Can setup smart actions to turn on the heater of dehumidifier if the temperature or humidity goes outside of the range you set. Had it for 5 months running the battery still says 100% so not sure if that is correct but excellent if it is. It's very easy to connect to the Internet and the app. It works with alexa and is easy to setup. Overall I'm happy with its performance and is a great price

Bought this 4 days ago, followed all instructions and installed successfully, however immediately sensor was not reading temperature or humidity. Uninstalled and reinstalled- still not reading temp/humidity. Contacted Meross support team the same day of receipt (4 days ago). Was asked for my device name and MAC address, which I felt uncomfortable giving (not being sure of this could be a security threat), however trusted company and gave it to them within a couple of hours of receiving their email. Haven’t heard from them since 4 days ago and still have faulty device! I have several Meross devices which I am very pleased with so this faulty device and lack of customer service is a big disappointment, will think twice about buying from them in future after this experience! Waste of money! Have contacted Amazon support who are organising return of defective device and sending replacement. I will update accordingly

Really, really good piece of kit. Well priced and I love that it comes with the hub for Alexa support. Setup takes barely 5 minutes through the smartphone app, and both the hub and the sensors use our house wifi so I can position them absolutely anywhere. Genuinely impressed, much better than I expected for the price. The hub supplied supports up to 16 devices, and I had a browse of the meros.com website to see what else they have and there's are absolutely loads.

The hub was easy to setup, however I had to spend a bit of time carefully locating the humidity sensor to get the best signal possible. It has worked well having setup an automation to turn on the extractor fan when the humidity was high following use of the shower! I was a bit disappointed when the hub failed however having emailed Meross customer service I had a very prompt response from Lydia who arranged for a replacement to be sent. I just had to confirm my address and then I received tracking information for the replacement I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Lydia for your excellent customer service!

This product will not appear on the Apple Home homepage. This is not made clear in the instructions. I returned the first one as it would not install in the Home app. Everything is ok in the Meross app but the claim it’s HomeKit compatible is very misleading!!! You can see the readings but only in a sub menu. Automations will set up and work with absolutely no problems. I did contact Meross support but they could not help very much other than apologies for the confusion. This is a useful product but don’t expect it to appear in Apple Home with your smart thermostats etc.

Good unit, bought two of them in the end, pretty seamless setup and battery seems to keep it self charged with no issues. Nice to be able to read the range of temps over the last few months etc too.

Having several Meross products, this is another good thing to have in your home! Easy to setup and you are able to track the temperature of your room even if you are not at home! Having a smart boiler easy to know when to switch on and off from your smart phone even if you are not home! Hope will save on bills 😬

Acheté en remplacement de mon aqara tombé en panne , il m'apporte satisfaction. Très facile a installer il est assez précit apportés un calibrage manuel.

Sensore di Temperatura ed Umidità preciso ed affidabile. Non ha bisogno di batteria. Si alimenta tramite pannello solare presente. Ha bisogno di un Hub per essere condigurato. Tutto è gestibile tramite Home Assistant.

Bit of a disappointment when using Apple Home. First needs this separate hub to be in usb power all the time. After some time also stopped showing but cam back online when hub was updated. Little bit unsure also how close the hub needs to be with the actua device. Also unclear does the device work if does not get direct sunlight. For Apple Home users I would maybe search something else due to reliability.
