After trying a lot of eye creams that claim to fix dark circles, I tried this with no small amount of skepticism. Lo and behold - it diminishes the look of dark circles right from when I applied it! The directions say to use this just overnight. I've been using this at morning and night.This is thicker than other eye creams. The truth is, I use the teeniest tiniest dab and dab that with my ring finger - repeat for the other eye. I've been doing that twice a day. Not only does this immediately make my dark circles look lighter, but over the past 1.5 weeks, I've noticed the dark circles slowly get lighter, even before I apply this!Because the cream is thicker and it's getting more humid out, I'll probably switch to using this just overnight as instructed (unless I have something special going on during the day and my bags look dark).The product claims minimal packaging - and they're right. It arrived safe and in bubble wrap. The bottle itself is plastic - at this price point, I do wish it was glass because I dislike plastic, but it does feel like a nice high quality plastic. The eye cream dispenses from the top and you can easily control how much or how little you want. I think there's little to no scent.This is not a cheap product, not by a long shot. I started out using too much of this cream, and it was feeling a bit greasy and heavy for me. I dialed it back a lot using just a tiny bit and this proved to be the right amount for my needs. The cream moisturizes and soothes my skin. After a few days of use, I'm noticing a brighter look to my skin. The skin around my eyes tends to be a bit sensitive, and I'm very pleased that this cream doesn't irritate my skin at all. I'm using it at night only.
