Osmo Pocket 3 Black Mist Filter, Compatibility: Osmo Pocket 3

Pros: High quality. Very convenient magnet mount. It does a good job. Cons: The price is too high. It feels much cheaper than it costs.

If you are getting black mist filter for your Osmo Pocket 3 get this one, don’t get a third party one to think you are going to save a few bucks. This one is often discounted to less than fifty bucks. Strong magnet to attach it, easy to use. Worth it.

As someone mentioned before , this filter has a weak magnet , I used to place it right in the spot where it is suppose to go on the original hard case protector of the Osmo Pocket 3 , it fell off 3 times , one time from the protector and one time from the camera , I presume it was because the weak magnet , and the 3rd time I lost it ....and by the way , it does not make any much different when it comes to imagen video quality ...I mean, for the many that it cost , forget it !!..... + it would take you some time and many testing just to learn when to use it and when it is not useful .....the wide angle lens does make visible difference and it has stronger magnet .

On low light mode and adding this filter, you get nice halation around lights

The filter is effective in the right circumstance. Clearly the fully purchase price of $61.00 is attributed to the filter, as no money was spent on consumer product presentation or packaging, see photo above. (or even a small case to hold the filter). This filter is smaller and has a weaker magnet than the wide angle lens that comes with the DJI Pocket Combo Package. Also, this filter is NOT stackable - can’t put anything under or on top of. For this price, DJI should have provided a case. If you’re interested in the Mist Filter, check around there may be better deals.

Utilizo este filtro de niebla negra para DJI Osmo Pocket 3 en grabaciones en exteriores, de forma ocasional, principalmente en condiciones de poca luz. El resultado ha sido muy positivo. El filtro reduce notablemente el deslumbramiento y ayuda a suavizar las fuentes de luz, evitando el ruido y los halos que suelen aparecer alrededor de luces puntuales cuando se graba sin filtro. El montaje es muy fácil y rápido, y no genera complicaciones durante el uso. No noté pérdida de luz, por lo que no fue necesario compensar exposición ni ajustar parámetros adicionales. Cumple exactamente con lo que promete y mejora la calidad de imagen en escenarios complicados. Para uso casual o creativo, es una excelente opción y funciona perfectamente. No encontré puntos claros de mejora.
