I like the seasoning but would have been more reassuring if the tamper proof seal did not fall off or get removed during shipping. Some of the seasoning spilled into the shipping package.

This is a good flavorful seasoning that has creates a crusty edge when friend in a cast iron. I would definitely buy this product again.

But it has just a little too much Sage as an ingredient for my tastes.

I love this seasoning! Got it as a gift for Christmas last year and it works great on basically all meat. Especially deer meat. I only gave it 3 stars because when i tried to order this resupply off of Amazon, my oder never showed up. It got lost in the mail somehow.

Product has potential. It smells great. I just needed it to season venison and not the inside of the Amazon box. The cap was not broken, but completely off. Can't get another in time for Christmas either!

I used it on steak and it didn’t let me down…but I used it on chicken later in and man that was AMAZIIIING!!!!

This adds great texture and flavor to venison. I traditionally like to sear my venison steaks, and this rub helps create a great crust. I’m also a big believer that you should season meats with herbs and spices found in their native environment and that holds true with this seasoning. While it has the traditional backing of most meat seasoning it also brings out the venison flavor in a great way with the balanced combo of juniper and lavender. That being said, if you don’t like the way venison tastes I would find another seasoning though.

Good bold flavor to my venison burger I make for my fiancée and me. Smells amazing, taste even better. I do not add it every time only cause I do prefer to not use it. I like the gamey taste more than a season. But she likes it on hers every times.
