I had to look through the listing again after receiving this because I thought it would come with some supplies. One of the product pictures shows it with supplies and each has supplies photographed next to the bag like that's what comes with it. Sadly, it does not. I'm sure that's no big deal for professional EMTs, but for a casual like myself I was kind of expecting it to include some basic supplies. Maybe the product photos should be updated with a little notice that says "medical supplies not included" or something like that? Anyway, I just hope I can save someone else the confusion by mentioning that.Other than that, the bag itself seems sturdy.

Very large bag and durable enough for my needs. This bag is bigger than I had anticipated, but that's ok. I have a lot of medical gear I've collected over the years from being a volunteer firefighter and first responder, and this bag accommodates all my stuff. It's a little big for my regular hikes which I have a much smaller bag for, but I have most of my gear organized in smaller pouches and stowed in this bag. In the event of an emergency, I have most of my gear in one place well organized, and I can access it quickly instead of fumbling around trying to remember where I put emergency supplies. I will say this doesn't feel as durable as the bags we keep on the rigs, but for my needs it's durable enough.We do a lot of traveling and camping, and this bag will come in handy to keep in the car. It has a decent amount of pouches and has staps for securing smaller gear such as trauma shears. Overall quality is good, no issues with the construction and the zippers are smooth.
