Awesome for long dinners. Used In hospitality room.

I just used thus thing for the first time a couple days ago. Worked as advertised, set to 70 C and kept the stuff on top of it nice and hot without any significant heating of the table underneath. Very nice. It fit a 9" pie plate on it with room to spare. Afterwards I turned it off, let it cool for a few minutes uses, wiped it off and rolled it up. Very portable, we were at somebody's house and it was easy to carry there and back. Rolled up it fits easily in a cabinet. The only thing I can't comment on is longevity, since I've only used it once. I like it.

First, it works. a heating pad for food. because it rolls up, its easy to carry and set up. It may look funny, but it works. keeps things warm on a buffet table. Because it rolls up its easy to take to get togethers when there is always a lot to carry.

It was too small for my needs and I didn’t feel confident in the temperature control. I returned it. I also didn’t feel like it was a good value…

So I ordered this the first time within the time frame to receive it by Christmas. It came but with the power cord to actually make it work. And I immediately opened it upon its arrival, found that out and returned it the next day. The way the shipping is so slow, it wasn't due to arrive before Christmas. But I took a gamble and had it send directly to my mom’s house because she couldn’t have received it in time if I had sent it to myself first. The second one came with the charging/electrical cord, thankfully! Because you cannot go out and buy a replacement one for it. The connection to this mat is like 4 prongs in a row. It does work well. My mom was super grateful because she entertains a lot and her food gets cold quickly (they live in higher elevation). She hasn’t said anything about it since she got it. So I don’t know if she still uses it. But it’s a great idea if you have the counter space (or you could put it away every time) and the mindfulness to turn it on as you start to cook or shortly before food items are due to be done. It does keep food warm. I am tempted to buy one for myself but we just don’t entertain enough in my opinion. Fabulous for those that do and like their foods hot.

Upon unboxing the warming tray, I noticed a few fold marks. I figured it might be due to the shipping process. After letting it sit flat for a night, all those marks smoothed out. This tray is particularly innovative with its ability to roll up. Size-wise, it's perfect and can comfortably hold four plates. Any sauce spills are easily cleaned with a quick wipe, making maintenance a breeze. I was impressed with its swift heating function and the added feature of a real-time temperature display. It's stylish enough to double as an upscale placemat. When it comes to cleaning, all you need to do is detach the controller. This design allows for easy washing of the entire mat without any worries about the controller getting wet. Combining convenience with functionality, it's an incredibly thought-out product.

Could not get this to work for Fahrenheit it could only be used in Celsius. No directions. Return the product. Could not figure out how to change temperature and I didn't want to have to look up every time or Celsius was in Fahrenheit temperatureDid get warm

I came back to buy a couple more of these and I cannot believe they are out of stock, these are game changers. I cater and I will not use another fire sterno. These keep the food nice and warm, easy to use, comes with a nice carrying bag, I LOVE THEM.
