I have been wanting to add CoQ10 to my supplement repertoire. I have heard so many good things about it. I just started taking these and have no complaints. The pills are easy to swallow and not huge. I will continue to take it to see if I notice a difference overall.

I have been taking pqq, nad+, nac, and glycine for longevity. These particular pqq pills are small and easy to swallow. There's no smell or taste to it. There's no side effect or after effect of any kind. I'm not sure how much this pqq helps with my health. I don't get sick much at all. In many occasions when everybody in my family got sick. I didn't get sick at all. My body looks 20 years younger than my age. I can ride my mountain bike 30 or 40 miles without even thinking about. Even if all that is due to a placebo effect, I'll take it. Anyway, I suspect my vitamin regimen has a lot to do with it, and pqq is part of it.

This PQQ Supplement also contains a modest amount CoQ10, plus Acetyl L-Carnitine. All three ingredients are said to have healthful effects on the body. I've been using PQQ and CoQ10 for years, but the addition of the third supplement seems to make for a synergistic effect and I actually feel more energized. It's hard to say for certain if it's from this product since I also take vitamins and other supplements. I appreciate that the serving size is just one capsule daily, so for the price I rate the 60 day supply as a good value. It's formulated in the USA and lab tested.

PQQ is beneficial for brain health and boosting energy and longevity. At 70 yrs old, I’m feeling great. Is this helping? It is certainly not hurting. I haven’t tried this brand, but I have no doubts it will be as good as the one I’ve been using.

The benefits of this combination is new to me so I thought I would try it. No issues, supplements are easy to swallow. I take 1 per day as directed and I am more than ready to start my day. Since I usually ride about 15 miles a day I believe my energy stays consistent. I have noticed that there are days when I don't need my readers since it supports eye health.

Acetyl L-Carnitine is one of my favorite compounds for mental clarity and focus. And CoQ10 is great for cellular energy and heart health. So having both included alongside the antioxidant power of PQQ (20 mg) is fantastic. The formulation stands out from many single-ingredient PQQ products I’ve tried. After taking this supplement, I felt an uptick in alertness, memory, and concentration.

I ordered this for the PQQ, not for the Acetyl L-Carnitine or the COQ10. All are on the low side, dosage wide. The PQQ capsules I have been using are 40 mg and these contain only 20. I already take 100 mg of COQ10 and these contain only 30 mg. The Acetyl L-Carnitine at 200 mg is also low, as the dosage is in the 500-2000 mg range.

As with any new supplement, it's hard to assess so soon after starting. I have reasonable hope that it will help with a few issues persisting as a result of a blood disorder that has never been accurately diagnosed. Resulting in arteroschlerosis, leaking heart valve, peripheral neuropathy, nerve damage, blood clots, etc.
