In the last week I started using this at the advice of my acupuncturist for my plantar fasciitis. True, it is absolutely more like water than a gel but it WORKS! I'm cautiously optimistic that this product is the reason that this terrible, chronic condition will be behind me for good. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

I really like this magnesium gel, have been using it for awhile. Helps the pain in my feet & back, have even used it on my horse!

I'm severely deficient in magnesium, but oral magnesium supplements upset my stomach, so magnesium delivered transdermally is perfect for me. I put it on all over, like a body lotion.Very disappointed in this. It's not a gel. It runs out of the bottle like water. It is NOT gentle and I DO NOT recommend it for sensitive skin, regardless what the label says. "Soothes the skin leaving it soft and supple with a healthy glow"? Hardly! It severely dried out my skin and I had to follow up with a regular body lotion after I applied it.

I used it for about two weeks every day-it did not stop my leg cramps (tho really do not know if it helped as they come and go)-and it is very sticky feeling. I would not order again.

Product leaves aloe vera blobs all over me. I bought this from my health practitioner before and it did not do that. I think this bottle was bad.I bought it to take to China with me on a ministry trip and since I was gone for over 3 weeks, the return window closed on me. I'd return it if I could! Bummer!

Very good as alone or carrier oil w/ essential oils for people in pain. Recommend highly. Esp if have nueropathic pain.

Too early to evaluate the magnesium gel.But, the book I purchased "Go for the Green" was dated by 12 years and probably more since it was paperback, absolutely useless. They talk about sires that have died over a decade ago. You should tell a buyer when a book is published.
