It’s always so hard to tell if there really are results. I’d been taking this for a couple months with no change then all the sudden I noticed my face looking clear, even toned and more taunt! I’ve been doing Botox religiously for a very long time like clockwork every 3 months. I’m amazed to report it’s been 5 and I don’t feel I need a touch up yet! I have to give credit at least in part to this supplement. I will not go without!

I feel like a good review has two sides and is breif. So, here you go. Pros: Gives some energy. I am on month 3 and notice more vibrant skin and need less intensive hydrating products applied. I get compliments my skin doesn't look like I'm 37. Cons: Be within distance of a bathroom for the first hours you take it. You'll need it.

OMG my hair grew 2 1/2 in and 5 weeks with this supplement. Highly recommend it check out the ingredients and make sure that they don't interfere with any drugs that you're taking.

I like that there are many ingredients in one capsule and I will say my hair has had less fall out, I am taking marine collagen along with it. Many of the ingredients do not meet daily value so I am not sure they are really doing much, would like to see them increase that.

This is a great supplement. It is easy on your digestion. It has not aftertaste.

I bought same from (N**N) and I compared both there is different in color of bottel and the amount of ingredient one of them fake ??!!
