Q: Is this the package that will ship. Don’t want ones in new packaging. Not the same

Mostly new packaging. I have been eating these for years, the difference is minimal. The Orange and vanilla are the best!!

Q: These used to be low in Carb count per biscuit. Are they still? How many Carbs and how many dietary fibers per biscuit?

Serving size is two biscuits, total carb. per serving is 6g (2%) and dietary fiber per serving is 0.2g (1%). I love them with tea, just the right amount of sweetness, even though not the healthy carbs, but once in a while 32 or even 64 carbs on the junk-food site - that's OK for me :-). Made in Israel though they are more than likely kosher too to whom it concerns.

Q: Is the oil hydrogenated?

Sorry....don't know. Suggest that perhaps the Kedeem website may have that answer.

you want to get the box of 24 packs, so they can be mailed intact, smaller groupings will not work as well, if you don't want that many, you may want to split the package 2/3 or 4 ways with others. They have a good shelf life.
