Band around product
The band and sticker around the poster was wrapped so tightly that when I tore it, it tore my picture. Just a note going forward, I understand that you wanted it to look good but it’s an incredibly bad design.

8.5”x11” print hardly readable
8.5x11 Print looks like if I had printed it on my office photo printer and I set it to the lowest quality possible. Most text and imagery is blurred and unreadable.A larger print size might help, but I doubt the printer they used has the dpi resolution to produce anything remotely close to something id display on the wall. Very disappointing.
