This a comprehensive vitamin B supplement in both range and quantity of vitamins provided.Unfortunately although the outer bottle had an intact security wrapping, when I removed the lid the inner security deal was already broken, having been pulled halfway back (as per photo). Whether this was a problem with the sealing in the factory or the bottle had been opened after being sealed I don't know.Moving on, the first thing to hit me was the familiar yeasty smell of B vitamins that put me off taking them many years ago. To me it's not pleasant and neither was the taste of the tablet when I chewed it up. The tablets are larger than some, 10mm diameter and 3mm thick which coupled with the taste makes them unpleasant to take on their own without a drink to wash straight down but most people usually take water with vitamins anyway.Being vegan is a big plus and all in all this is a good comprehensive B vitamin if you can swallow tablets whole.

A hefty supply of tablets in each pack and a quality product with a great dosage. These tablets are also vegan which is a huge bonus.I used these supplements to see the effect they’ve had on my fatigue, especially with my early mornings and late afternoons. I have felt much better over the last few weeks!

I'm in my late 50s and occasionally feel that my diet may not supply enough B vitamins.These contain six B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12) as well as Vitamin C.They are small, easy to swallow tablets that have no taste.The only negative is the B12 is cyanocobalamin instead of the methylcobalamin I prefer.

I’m in my early 50’s now and while my diet isn’t terrible I feel it’s prudent to give things a little boost. While it’s generally smarter to get your nutrients from your food/drink, I don’t eat regularl meals and often skip them so I just wanted a leg up with these and vitamin d which I’ve also purchased. It’s too soon to say I feel any effects as it’s only been a week. Good solid brand though and well packaged. I’ll update in a few months.

This is a good combination of B vitamins and vitamin C thrown in too with a decent amount of each vitamin included.There is enough tablets included for a 3 month supply which is great value for money. They are small and easy to swallow, i will definately be ordering more.

Vitamin B vitamins are hardly in short supply nowadays as many supplements include them, but it’s nice to have them all in the one place instead of getting some here and there. This complex is very good with respectable amounts at a decent price, especially with three months supply (which at current pricing works out at only £3.33 per month). I need to be careful how I take them when taking other supplements as well so that I don’t get too much of one or other of the vitamins, but other than that this is a clean, quality product worth taking, as there’s clear benefits to getting a regular supply of the full complement of B vitamins. A little vitamin C is also included for good measure.The tablets are small and easily swallowed, the bottle is small for easy and convenient storage, but the writing on it is miniature, so for me needs a magnifying glass to read it.I’ve taken vitamin B complex on and off for ages and they do make a difference to my day so I’m happy taking these too as a further assurance for my health and well-being.
