I'm so glad I decided to purchase these lights. They are remarkably easy to set up and use. I love that I'm able to not only use the premade designs, but I can create my own too. These lights are great for using on many occasions.

Fantastic curtain lights works as they should

NOT a bag of chips and all that. I am very underwhelmed by this product. It's near impossible to tell what is being depicted. They all (almost) just look like some near random patches of moving color. The gif display function doesn't display anything but the most basic of designs. If you picture using it to show a picture or photo, think again, it wont. Not all presets suck, there are some that don't. If I had paid more for this, I would have returned it right away.

These lights are mediocre at best, highly recommend any other company. In addition, as of early August 2024, this company erased ALL of my stored DIY designs and instead, FORCED 4 new photos to my lights of an orange political figure. We've already burned the lights in the trash and would never recommend them to anyone. That's abhorrent behavior and you had no right to push those to my lights.

These are great. Our neighbors love them and comment often. I love that we can leave them up year round and display seasonal themes. It could be that I need to delete the app and re-load it, but I got a new phone and now every time the lights turn on (they are a timer) all the lights are red. It didn’t do this prior to new phone… just a pain to have to go in to app and change it every night.

I was ready to give this one star when I saw they expected me to screw little plastic pieces to the cord. I was cursing when I finally gave up and accepted it was a 2 person job to get this up on the wall after the heavy cord repeatedly pulled it down before I could get enough attached to support it’s weight. Then I stood there looking at it and thought there is no way these little lights are going to look decent. Then I turned it on and everything changed. It’s so incredibly cool. They are bright and fun and the animations work. There is an Easter setting that is particularly entertaining. I love it. I am one of those people who puts up so many lights that I trip the entire block so I am no stranger to cool decorations but this is now my favorite. Update: it’s a year later and aside from needing to update the app, it still works perfectly again this year.

This is honestly far better than I expected. It comes with the light curtain, a remote control, a bag full of plastic clips to secure the light curtain to a wall and the instructions. This unit is also Bluetooth/wifi controllable and uses the Smart Life app. The app is very easy to set up and the lights connected very quickly and we're very easy to figure out how to use. These make a very bright colorful animated picture on your wall with a bunch of preset options to choose from and the ability to create your own. For the price this was well worth the money and I'll very likely buy a few more.

Happy with this product. I couldn't pair with the app but I am happy with using the controller supplied. We hung it on the side of the house and are displaying Christmas patterns and it looks great. Easy to put together and to install. Very happy with this product.

It shines brightly, but it's very small in width and very tall. It's also made in such a way at the front that it's very difficult to assemble. It's not worth the money at all. The only advantage is that it shines brightly, and that's all.

These are pretty interesting lights, and they have good preset patterns you can use. They offer a unique display for setting up particular moods or themes in your lighting (like, for parties and such). The lights are reasonably bright, and the patterns are nice. These are controlled by the remote. There is also an app where you can create your own patterns and save them. However, it's not that simple or intuitive to use, and I wasted a lot of time trying to figure it out, make patterns, and save them (with varying success). A better app or user interface is needed. I don't, personally, have time for such fiddling. Maybe I'm just impatient. But, overall, a nice concept with reasonable factory functionality. Just be prepared for a bit of a learning curve in you want to try out your own creativity.

This light kit requires a lot of assembly. Each hook needs both sides with the hook snapped then screwed together with miniature screws. The app has some nice options, but I find that it is really limiting, and you cannot combine anything to run together. I have tried many times to make my own DIY and unless I can do it without mistakes, it will not save. The same thing happens on the Text portion and it is very glitchy. It is related to these lights, as I use the smart life app a lot and it works well. If you had a few of these on a large wall, you could probably get some real good effects. It is a nice looking set for holiday use. It just needs more options.
