I bought this grill after i use it in my friend apartment. It arrived packaged very nicely, undamaged, and clear instructions .Easy to use and clean.No smoke, nice grill marks that's one of my main reasons , gets plenty hot quickly. I was pleasantly surprised with this product. So many times I am disappointed with online purchases that's coming with damag packaging or the item not quality but this one is great and hot .

I love this grill!. I use it at least once a week. It hasn't smoked. It's simple to use and easy to clean. I'm so glad I decided to purchase it. Love it. Love it. Love it!❤️

There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like about the product. It was easy to use, easy clean up and cooked a delicious steak. Not too small and not too big. It was easy to store. Best purchase by far as for grilling. Highly recommend.

I like that I can grill indoors. It is smokeless but it was still setting off my smoke alarms.They are very sensitive. Next time we grill, going to take down all smoke alarms!One more thing. We didn't receive directions. We just googled directions. I tried calling Amazon. Not an easy thing to do. Still recommend this grill!

It is basically smokeless but cooking times are disappointingly long - a 3/4 inch thick steak took nearly 20 minutes to cook (compared to less than 6 minutes in my old, smoky, grilling pan). The directions do mention these long times, but they are still disappointing to experience.

This grill is amazing

So far item is great. Purchased for a long haul truck driver.
