Good for beginners
I bought this for my child who recently wanted to learn violin. I have played for over 15 years and wanted to teach him. I bought him a practice violin and saw these strings on Amazon and they were fairly cheap so I bought a few so I could teach him to tune his own violin without worrying about them snapping and wasting money. None of them broke (thankfully) and they play pretty well. Not as good as the more popular brands of course but for what they are they are very good.

Strings seem good for the low price, none snapped and received one of each, colour coded and easy enough to put in. These strings are too long for a 1/4 violin. They wound need to be cut past the colour coding to fit the violin.
