This isn't quite as big as I had expected it to be. It is a bit cheap feeling, but seems to do the job. How well it will hold up long term is yet to be seen. The needle length is adjustable, so you can set it to your preference. It's a good product for dry or peeling skin to get rid of that unwanted layer. Go easy at first, as it can be a little rough on your skin.
