By far this is the best Wii hunting game made. The graphics are realistic and so is the movements of the animals as well as the hunter. For most of the hunts the man is on foot. There are a few times a vehicle is involved, but only as a challenge to be performed before hunting is allowed. One species is hunted in different states in America or in Africa. Different guns are offered and you are permitted to customize them. Your first levels of animals to hunt are not of the dangerous type such as deer, elk, and etc. As you move up though the animal are of the nature to attack. If attacked you will lose 15 minutes of your time allotted to complete your hunt. The hunt can comprise of one to four kills. Points are awarded to how far the shot was and if a vital was hit. As in real life, a hunt is a solitary adventure. This game is for only person and is not played over the internet as well. This might be a no sale for some, for myself I say try it anyway. The game is so life-like you will get lost in it. Few clues are given, so it is man vs. nature in its purest form. Try it, you'll like it. GLS

There's no option to give half stars in the ratings so even though I've given this four stars consider it more like three and a half I don't hunt but I have nothing against those who do and in my effort to find new games to play I decide to pick this one up it's not a bad game as you complete the various missions taking you to different hunting locations around the world you unlock new weapons and you can use the points that you gain how to upgrade those weapons to make them even more effective obviously you get points not only based on the animal that you shot the how clean the shot was the distance the weapon you used in other factors the graphics are pretty decent and you certainly have to pay attention the animals can get spooked very easily to help you on that you can call up a strategic map which will give you the overall View so you can creep up to the best possible place to take your shot and the best possible Target to go after but you can also bring up what I find the most useful tool of all you can go into some kind of a hunter's mode the view is completely different the animals glowing green the various hunting spots are in white you can put markers on them and frankly gives you more accuracy you also have to pay attention because a little crescent shaped object will appear right in front of you if it's yellow that means the animals are getting suspicious if that's red you've spooked them if it's blue that means that your target has not only been hit but is down and is easier to locate once you claim your trophy you will be awarded your points based on all of the factors that means when you go into a hunt you have to pick your weapon carefully you're not going to have much of a choice at the beginning but as you go further in the game or weapons unlock but that doesn't necessarily mean that you use them you got to pick a weapon based on the animal that you're hunting based on how good the shot can be to give you the best points the particular location that you're hunting in so there's a lot of strategy here. But here's the problem once you've completed all of the missions there's not a lot of replay value yeah you can go back to the various locations and try to get a better score or better trophy if possible you can also get metals bronze, silver and gold as you achieve other various accomplishments but the me the game seemed a little bit short I wanted a lot more from it if there was a lot more to this it really would deserve a four maybe even a five but even though I have it at a 4 like I said at the beginning I consider it a three and a half if you could pick up a decent copy cheap it'll be worth it and you'll have some fun with it
