Will Guidara’s account of the rise to the top of Eleven Madison Park is undoubtedly one of the best books I’ve read this year. It has golden nuggets for anyone in customer service industry or for that matter, anyone dealing with clients, staff, recruitment, branding etc. Wonderful read.
