The cups are made of a fairly sturdy plastic and are lightweight. The lids feel good and the spout has a silicone insert to prevent leakage.These tumblers are not insulated and the heat / cold will seep through them. The brand never says anything about them being insulated so this is not a knock on them. Just keep in mind that your drinks will not stay cold or hot any longer than in a regular cup.I tested the actual capacity of these tumblers and they really toe the line on actually holding what they say they do (350ml). I filled the cup to the practical fill line just below the very top and then moved the water into a measuring cup. My test gave me a reading of 320ml. I repeated the test exactly as before and again came up with 320ml. To be as fair as possible, I then did the test one more time and filled the cup up to it's very limit where spillage would then occur (which is why most people will never fill it this far) and I got a reading of 340ml.Overall, these tumblers are fine and do what they say they will do. I suffered from no spillage in a drop test and it held a reasonable amount of fluid, even though it is a little below what it was being marketed as. It's a perfectly acceptable product, but slight adjustments to the stated numbers should be done. If all you are moving around is a standard cup of coffee, these will work.

You know how your hands are full as you’re heading out the door to work and you want to take a coffee with you , so you put it in a leakproof mug and throw it in your bag? Yeah? Well you can’t do it with this mug ! First thing I checked and leaked all over. Then when I went o drink my coffee 20 minutes later it was ice cold .3 stars because it’s cute !

Very happy with this 2 set of cups. They are just the right size and easy to hold compared to the sixteen ounce cups. We have a frequent spiller in the house and it hasn't happened sunce we got these cups
