This stuff is great. I'd never made a mojito in my life, but decided to go all out and buy all the stuff needed to see if I could become Tom Cruise.For anyone unaware, this appears to be what makes a mojito taste like a mojito. It is especially nice with a dark rum actually (I used Mount Gay), especially when compared to light rums which come across harsher. I've tried sugar free syrup before as well and it is simply nothing compared to real stuff like this.If you want to become Tom Cruise I'd recommend buying this over an F-14, because this is cheaper.

Perfect in an Old Fashioned! I did ask the question if it was good for an Old Fashioned but no one answered so I took the punt and bought it anyway.

Great for cocktails, it's easy to make your own sugar syrup but much less hassle to buy it in a bottle that is easy to store and use. Doesn't get too messy around the top of the bottle when you use it which is good as other brands I've had have become a bit sticky and messy after a while.A little goes a long way.

As one of the main ingredients to many cocktails it’s easier to use than the faff of making your own sugar syrup. It’s the base of many others eg fresh sour mix (lemon or lime)So easy to have a bottle in the fridge!Great to add to a package of ingredients for a friends favourite cocktail as a gift too.
