Sheet Pan Magic: One Pan, One Meal, No Fuss!

I really like this cookbook. It gave me some great ideas for meal prepping and for some easy dinners. I love grilled veggies but I don't ever want to pull out my heavy grill pan. This book shows how to "grill" veggies in the oven. It's a great idea with easy cleanup (no more lifting a heavy grill pan in and out of the sink). The only downside is that there are some things in here I haven't heard of and don't know where to get but all in all, a great cookbook with beautiful photos.

who doesn't need a book with excellent sheet pan recipes especially now with holidays looming? This is a go-to book for potluck and festive occasions as well as just having great dinners that are one-sheet like one-pot. Very nice addition to my cookbook collection. Will use it a lot!

One thing you need to know is that the author has written her recipes for an 8x12 inch pan. She says her recipes might not work in other sizes. I don’t have that size. If you do some recipes look good. If you don’t have that size pan skip this book.

This book has very quirky recipes. Only a small part is dinner recipes. I can't recommend it.

I really like this cookbook. Most of the dishes don't actually fit in an 8x12in pan in my opinion, I usually go with a larger pan. Some people mentioned they haven't heard of some of the ingredients, this book was published in the UK, that may be why? I have only had good experiences with it thus far!

Every recipe contained ingredients I don't keep on hand. Photos are poor quality; looks like every dish is overcooked or burned.

Wife hated it.
