Read if not working!!!!!!!
I bought the extensions and returned them several times thinking they didn’t work. If you already setup your lights and are trying to connect extensions after the fact, you need to reset the app. To do so, delete the lights from the app and reconnect only after you have the extensions plugged in! They will work!

Don’t work
I had extra clips but the issue is that they DON’T work. I had the original 100 ft package and it works great. Got 2 more 16’ extensions to finish off my barn and the two I ordered don’t work. I already hung them and don’t know what to do. A lot of work to take down, repackage and return ….

Make sure to refresh your lights after installing the extension!
I was really upset when my husband first installed these as they wouldn’t work. I finally found a comment on the original 100 ft product that explained how to refresh the system and they worked! I love them and I have gotten so many compliments. Under the timer mode on the app there is a “more” option. This is where you refresh the system.

I love these lights and all the color options I have for them. However, I can never get the app to work correctly. I'm constantly have to delete and download again. What am I doing wrong???

If you are adding to an existing light set, be sure to refresh your lights! They work perfectly once you do that!

Incomplete order
I order to complete the side of my house with the full set strings, this supposed comes the light strin and the clips as the advice showTake soo long to deliver and no clips comes with the packageOther that that, the main strings looks and works awesome

Plug in b4 installing
Originally I loved these lights, super easy to install but they weren’t long enough, so I bought more. Welp they don’t work! Now I have to climb up and take them off and send them back. Super frustrating

Asahom 16ft outdoor light
Got my extra 16ft Asahom extension outdoor light today.. haven’t installed it yet but it’s missing the clips.. My 100 ft first buy was great.. but this one is disappointing.. hope seller does something about this…

Awesome lights!!
These lights are awesome, just remember if your adding lights to the first 100’ you need to refresh them, otherwise the extra 16’ strings you add will not work!!
