took it with some green tea that has caffeine too but the tea hasn't been working lately so i tried this with the tea, and Felt like I was superwoman all day.!! Amazing. Had so much energy. I've come out of cancer treatment and have been very fatigued. So super impressed. Lets just hope it keeps working.

Love this product!
I was skeptical when I first tried this and didn't notice any significant benefits the first couple of days, but by the 3rd day..... I felt GREAT! I look forward to taking this every morning. I take 2 tablets and I don't take them past lunch time. They give me a clean natural energy without jitters or crashing. Love!

Not a massive jump start, I go from dead tired to human again… perfect!
These are a life saver! I recently had to cut out sugar and caffeine and I was just not getting over the slumps when they came. These do have a little caffeine (10mg) but it’s amazing and worth it. I definitely don’t feel suddenly awake like I did with soda but I’ll notice like 20 minutes later that I’m not dying anymore. So perfect. I’m now to the point where some days I don’t need them at all but rough days happen and I’ll have one after breakfast snd another after lunch, they are fantastic.

Great Supplement for Energy
Have been using this product for years and it has never failed. I take two capsules in the morning with my liquid vitamins and it really helps to get me going. If I poop out later in the day I take one capsule and I feel great in just a few minutes I take a number of other Gaia supplements and they are the best brand on the market today. You go Gaia!!

What a waste of my $Money$
These really didn't help me get out of bed morning's. I tried 3 in the morning then 4. That's when my stomach decided to get rid of them. You get what you pay for I guess.
