It's always a bit of a gamble buyting a tripod plate but this was an exact fit!

Excellent quality as is the quality of the products of this manufacturer but the length of the plate is longer than the original plate found in the video tripod kit.The plate still works but it's not exactly what I expected.After a few months I bought the product again and this time it is perfect in every way.

Perfect replacement for a lost piece. Love that comes with the screws as well.

...but it's also only about ten bucks. Works for what I need it to, but not quite as easy to get into my tripod head. Needs a bit more finagling but it fits snug once in. Would recommend with that caveat.

First impressions are good. One of the things I like best about it is that unlike other manfrotto style plates that I have, this one is compatible with the different variations of manfrotto heads and mounts that I have, which is GREAT.

I bought this to use with a COMAN fluid head tripod, which is a Manfrotto clone that uses 501PL size plates. The plate fits that head perfectly and seems plenty sturdy for my needs.
