Waste of Money
1. The website description says【Adjustable and Easy to Use】— Only the top strap is adjustable, and it is definitely not easy to use, particularly since the rear strap is NOT adjustable, and is so tight that it nearly chokes me.2. The website description says【One Size Fits All】— it absolutely does not.3. This chin strap is sized that might fit on a 10 year old child.

rear strap too small
Works OK if you only fasten the top velcro, if you fasten the rear velcro strap, it is too tight and actually pulls the jaw backwards uncomfortably and tends to open the mouth
