It really work for me. Best thing since sliced bread

A little disappointed, this didn't get into the corners very well for me, the angle seemed off. Maybe it was warped?

It works.... OK. I bought this as I am refinishing several rooms after scraping off a popcorn ceiling. Typically I use a powered palm random orbital sander connected to a shop vac to keep down on dust but I feel it can be overly aggressive, even with 240+ grit sandpaper, but it was the only tool I had that could really get into inside corners. I bought this thinking that even if I had to deal with somewhat of a mess of dust, that at least the corners would look better.It does its job; if the gimbal is tight just loosen the 2 philips screws to make it more limber. I used a single sheet of the included 240 grit, and did the entire perimeter of the hallway I am working on. The sander is a perfect 90 degree angle, so if your walls aren't 90 degrees, this won't work (less than 90) or will tend to favor one wall (greater than 90).One large issue is that it seems relatively difficult to find larger format sandpaper that has hook and loop backing. You can easily find smaller sheets and sheets for small sanders, but large sheets are difficult.Ultimately I think for the final pre-paint pass I'll just use foam sanding blocks.

I'm not a professional dry waller, but need a radial sander smooth my skim coating on my homes renovation. Cheaper price than many I have seen and comes with two ways to use it. It also comes with some sanding pads which made the price even more reasonable. Used it on my bedroom ceiling so far, works great for home owner renovation.

It made wrong. The tip of the sander is too rounded and not reach the corner. Both sides of the sander not flat!
