My FASD Feelings: A Guide to Children's Experience with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders Paperback – January 20, 2023

Cute book! I read it to my son. The back of the book has questions and answers for parents. We are new to FASD so any information is helpful. Would definitely recommend to parents with younger children with FASD.

The narrative is not what I want my child to hear.

As the mother of two children with FAS, and a professional working in the field, I feel that this book is spot on in explaining this disability to a child. I could have used this when my kids were younger, for sure, but I know that it will still be applicable and relatable for them now as teenagers. I highly recommend this book!

With colorful illustrations & kid-friendly dialogue, the book’s main characters Henry shares his FASD journey.In the back of the book is very helpful information for parents, caregivers or anyone wanting to learn more about FASD…. which is the most misdiagnosed, underdiagnosed & undiagnosed of all developmental disabilities! This book needs to be read!
