Delivery was quick and book is in a good condition.However, the book by itself is not very usefull. So if you are a student on civil engineering course, and want to buy a book to make your concrete design calculations, then do not buy it. But it is just the contents of a book.

Book was in great condition for a used book, especially an ex-library book. Only a few pencil marks in it. Pages weren't even dog-eared.
